A Family of Faith Peace is a caring, forgiving family made up of many different types of people who are united as one, because of Jesus Christ. We are part of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LC-MS). We believe that the entire Bible is the Word of God (2nd Timothy 3:16). The Bible says that everyone is conceived and born in sin (Romans 3:23). It also says that our good works will not save us (Ephesians 2:8-9). The entire Bible points to Jesus Christ, the God-Man, who lived a perfect life, died on the cross, and was raised again, so that all who believe in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16). Jesus has given every Christian His Great Commission so that all might come to a knowledge of the Truth and be saved from sin, death and the power of the devil (Matthew 28:19-20). |
