We require the students and families to have a family devotion at least once a week.  Complete this form and return to Pastor Burma.  You are required to complete 30 of these family devotions before the end of April.  You are not allowed to complete these ahead of schedule, but should plan on completing one a week.  If you fall behind you can submit more than one to catch up.
